The Friends of the Peterborough Library will host a Children's Book Sale on June 21st from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. in the Story Corner of the Children's section on the lower level of the Peterborough Library. This Sale will be held in conjunction with the Library's launch of their children's Summer Reading Program.  Families can purchase a wide variety of children's books from infant picture books to those for young adults at a fraction of publishers' prices. In a world where addiction and mental health challenges touch so many lives, coming together as a community is more important than ever. Gamiing Nature Centre is proud to host our annual Summer Solstice Festival, a day dedicated to recovery, mental health awareness, and the power of connection.

This vibrant festival offers a supportive space for individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health issues. It's a chance to celebrate healing, foster unity, and ignite hope for a brighter future.

We're also inviting organizations, groups, and individuals dedicated to addiction services, recovery support, and mental health care to showcase their valuable resources at the festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community and offer vital support.
