Some Halton residents aren't happy with having to wait until third week of March for those 80+ to get vaccinated. Regional Chair Gary Carr has posted on Twitter accusing the Province of taking Halton's share of the Moderna vaccine and sending it to other regions like Toronto and Peel. Deputy Premier and Minister of Health Christine Elliott says that wasn't the case.

Shadow Minister of Foreign Affairs and Wellington-Halton Hills MP Michael Chong is pleased most MPs voted to declare China's treatment of Uighur Muslims a genocide. The vote came down on Monday, Feb. 22. Chong is also calling on the government to take further steps to try and stop the genocide from continuing.

Bread 'N Batter Bakery in Milton will be featured in an upcoming new show called Project Bakeover. We got to speak with the people behind the bakery to get a sense of why they decided to be on the show. We also had an opportunity to speak with the show's pastry chef/host Steve Hodge and designer Tiffany Pratt. Project Bakeover premieres on Feb. 4 on Food Network Canada.
