A District Discussion
The Ontario government is currently reviewing regional governments including The District of Muskoka. Anthony had district chair John Klinck, Huntsville mayor Scott Aitchison and Evelyn Brown of One Muskoka in studio on Feb. 4 to discuss this review.
Mental Health and Wellness
Jan. 21 is unofficially considered Blue Monday and in this episode Anthony wanted to focus on mental health and wellness and how we are impacted locally. He also touches on youth mental health. Guests include, Desiree Reisenburg from the Canadian Mental Health Association Muskoka Parry Sound, counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist Warren Broad, Sonya Vellenga with the Trillium Lakelands District School Board and psychotherapist Graham Thompson.
