Burlington senior turns 90 and vows to walk 90 laps

Charlie McDougall is not letting social distancing restrictions stop him from taking on a personal challenge to walk 90 laps around his home at Burlington Gardens. McDougall is trying to raise money for the Burlington Salvation Army in this challenge, which has inspired the Burlington Foundation to contribute to his cause.
