It seems like some people are using the outdoors as their personal garbage bin. Throughout Halton, we've seen used personal protective equipment being discarded on lawns, sidewalks, parking lots and pretty much anywhere besides the actual garbage bin. The Town of Oakville passed a new bylaw to address this issue. Melissa Candelaria reports.
