The Halton Down Syndrome Association is hosting the Halton Virtual Walk for Down Syndrome on Saturday, June 20. The Walk for Down Syndrome is one of their biggest fundraisers of the year. Margaret Wallis-Duffy is the person behind the Better Together as ONE movement that is committed to educating, empowering & inspiring all Canadians. As a mom herself, Wallis-Duffy says she was heartbroken that her daughter wouldn't be able to get the prom experience she wanted. This inspired Wallis-Duffy to work on creating the Better Together as ONE Canada-Wide Community Neighbourhood Prom.
